Tree Tops – Gated, Age Restricted Community

Our team recently attended a Tree Tops information session, where we received a ton of updates on this new community!

This age-restricted community will offer a 6,000 square foot amenity center with a state-of-the-art fitness center, tennis courts, pickeball courts, yoga, and more. There will be ten original log cabins left on the property that will offer a business center, hobby rooms, nature room, and more. The waterfront amphitheater will overlook the 10-acre lake, and will host concerts and community events. A preserved, natural bird habitat will go untouched during construction and offer a serene bird watching experience for residents. Sixty percent of the community will be left as natural space with biking and walking trails. There will be a Lifestyle Director on staff to organize events and activities for residents.

Answers to frequently asked questions.

• Tree Tops will be a guarded, gated community with a private entrance for residents.
• The management company for the Homeowner’s Association will be Braesael Management.
• The monthly HOA fee will be $205.00.
• The capital contribution paid at closing will be $1000.00.
• Lawn care and trash pickup are included in your monthly HOA dues.
• Cable is not included in your monthly dues. Comporium, Time Warner, Direct TV, and Dish Network will be available within the community.
