Carolina Orchards Dusty Shoe Event

The Carolina Orchards “Dusty Shoe” Event was a success! Carolina Orchards is now open for tours and home price-ups. The Grand Opening for Del Webb’s newest community will be later this month.

Carolina Orchards will feature three home series; the Passport Series, the Expedition Series, and the Pinnacle Series. There will be a total of 11 floor plans designed with easy living in mind. A few of the included features will include: Granite Countertops in the kitchen, Aristokraft Cabinetry, Whirlpool Appliances, James Hardi siding, Internal Wall Pest Defense, and a Covered Lanai.
